Love this set. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. One cushion had a small tear in the fabric, but the customer service was very friendly. Will buy from them again and again!

First I have to say that the customer service is amazing! After I ordered the grey set I changed my mind and decided I needed more color so I sent them an email asking for the red. A week later this beautiful set arrived! It is much better quality than I thought it would be. A friend of mine ordered a similar set from another supplier and the cushions were thinner and a little slippery but I liked the style so I took a chance and bought this set. The cushions are firm but comfortable. They have velcro to hold them in place. It comes with clips to keep the pieces from coming apart which I haven't used yet because I'm still deciding where to put them on the deck. The back cushions move around but I don't mind. It's mainly my dog ​​that moves them around. As for putting it together it was quick once I had the right tools! About 90 minutes. The first 45 minutes was one piece haha! The included cover was great too but my SIL came up with the idea to try them out on the fire pit chairs! Win! I bought the rug from this site and the pillows were sent from this site. I was going to give the mats a little spray but I kept bringing them inside in case it rained.

This was my first time buying patio furniture from this site and I couldn't be happier! Some people complained that it was difficult to assemble. I put it together myself after briefly reading the instructions. The only tool needed was a hex wrench. Others complained that the back was too low. I'm 5'4" but that was fine with me. My furniture is against the patio wall so it was no problem for me. I thought the gray was too dark but actually outside in the sun it's perfect. Then all you have to do is add a pop of color with pillows. This is now my new happy place. It's like I have a new room in my house. I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying it. I'm very happy with it.

Arrived in 3 days! Came in 3 boxes, quite heavy, my boyfriend brought them into the house, it rained today so I only made the chairs but they are great quality and the cushions are great, I bought the brown and grey ones, I will make the rest of the sofa and table this weekend! The chairs were easy to make, took 30 minutes? But I'd say definitely worth it! Doesn't look cheap at all! I'll post more pictures when it's finished! Very happy

I received this outdoor furniture set sooner than expected, 3 boxes all at same time. The first piece took me about 30 minutes but once I had it down for the rest together quickly, unfortunately one piece of the corner chair was misdrilled and their was no way to get it together. I contacted customer service via email with pictures and they were quick to respond, first with a possible suggestion, but it wasn't going to work, I sent them a better picture and they are sending a replacement, they were great. I already have a tracking number and soon I will be able to complete the set. Also I got the blue and it's very pretty, cushions are firm and comfortable, height is good. Nice set , it also came with a cover, but I haven't opened it so I can't speak about that

I really like that this couch can convert into different layouts, including a bed. I purchased extra large pillows to help with the comfort of the couch since there isn't any head support. So far, the couch has held up well through rain. It is kept in a covered screened area. But they still get wet. The couch was fairly simple to assemble but was time consuming. I would suggest having at least 2 people working on it together.

Delivery: 4 boxes arrived all together. No issues on that side. Status of furniture: Everything was in tip top shape and definitely a new set. There was a little powdery resin on the pieces that easily wiped off with a soft wet cloth. Building the set: Super simple to put together and I did it alone. Didn't need another person. It took about 2 hours. All the hardware was included, even a little Allen Wrench Head that I was able to use with a special screw driver that uses replaceable heads. That was a life saver as its difficult to use power tools since there is not much space when screwing in the bolts. With the screw driver (my own) it was truly an absolute breeze. Setting up: As noted there are many configurations possible. We settled on what worked for us. The chair clips were easy to install and keeps the chairs from sliding apart. The velcro on the seat cushions also work great! Comfort: The set is very comfortable. Seating positions are fine and it's especially comfortable for kicking your feet up and lounging. Beverages optional :-). The depth of the chairs (I think they're 32 inches) are great. While the back is low, it works for us, no issues. I can tell that the back cushions may eventually wear thin so thinking additional throw pillows will be helpful. That said, the 4 inch cushions definitely do the job. Appearance: Wonderful!!! The blue is very nice and we found a great outdoor rug at Home Depot to go with the set. My family and I love it.
